Please note:- I am licensed to practice as a doctor in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland but I have recently retired from active practice. Therefore, any correspondence or communication by whatever means, with any person is for the purpose of providing information only. It does NOT constitute a doctor/patient relationship. The charges are: $35 for email, $60 for telephone, or $85 for Video (Skype or FaceTime). You cans also choose to pay in UK pounds if you wish. When you have completed your payment you will see a receipt page. You can then send your questions to me at whoopingcough@btinternet.com or request the telephone or video option. I will reply within 24 hours of getting your question or request. If you have any kind of dissatisfaction I will refund immediately. This has never happened so far.
